What DO You Want?
Most everyone can say what they don’t want. It seems to be the topic of discussion among friends, at the water cooler at work, in the board room, in the bedroom. We’re clear that we don’t want to repeat the past mistakes, we don’t want to attract the same dysfunctional partners, we don’t want to live like this, and we sure don’t want to go thru “that again” (whatever ‘that’ is!)
For the next week or more, listen intently to your friends, colleagues, family members, strangers in stores and cafe’s, and most importantly, listen closely to your inner dialog from the time you wake until you fall asleep.
Listen to the thoughts that circle around and around and around in your mind, calling in the very thing you profess to not want….
Notice what you are creating with your thoughts of what you don’t like, don’t want, don’t need.
Then go to your journal, and write this question down: What DO I Want?
When you decide, and detail what you do want, your power to create and receive whatever you do want are activated. You are opening the way to allow in what you truly desire as opposed to blocking the flow with your old worn-out thoughts….
Get super clear on the details of what you DO want. Write it out. Look at it. Read it repeatedly. Try it on for fit. Feel it. Embody it. Step fully into the woman you must be, in order to have what you do want. Clarify every last detail from sights, to scents, to environment, to who is there with you in that desire, to how you look and act, and to the actions you take to get to this place of being, having, doing what you do want.
Because, here’s the thing:
This is a simple, and ULTRA effective tool for transforming what you don’t want, into what you DO want.

Change doesn’t need to take a lot of time and effort.
When you decide to make it clear,
the pathway is cleared to attract what you DO want!
Consciously plant seeds of positive reinforcement for the clear pathway to what you do want. Throughout each day, repeat affirming statements of your life as you have now decided it to be. The more you repeat and create new neural pathways in your brain, the quicker the old worn-out thoughts will settle down and eventually die out, allowing for the new you to take hold.
I suggest to adopt these conscious thoughts as a new lifestyle, rather than as a temporary transformation tool. The more you can habitualize the positive thoughts that support your transformation, the faster you will be living in the reality of what you do want.
