Every morning begins the same…with indulging at it’s finest! I spend at least fifteen minutes minimum, connecting with my inner goddess for guidance, then meditating on the day’s clearly set intentions for what I will achieve and what I will manifest, and by consciously releasing any resistance to manifesting the life I decided to experience.
Today though, I ran across a guided meditation on YouTube by Abraham-Hicks, and if you know me at all, you probably know that I am a big fan. And so, I plugged in….
I’m a certified Law of Attraction life coach. I became certified some years back, because I realized that the more I mastered the LOA, the more benefits you will receive from my content, and if you’re a coaching client, you receive the guidance to master the Law of Attraction for yourself.
The truth is, you already HAVE mastered the law; every thought you have is creative. Your thoughts create the emotions that infuse the actions you take that result in the outcomes you make. Most folks think that emotions cause thoughts. Not so. And when you can quiet your thoughts, you are quelling the resistance to manifesting all that you desire and deserve. In other words, investing in 15 minutes of meditation results in approximately 200 hours of effort, and so meditation is the easy button to realizing your manifestations in the physical realm.

All these areas of your life are up-leveled with a consistent practice of starting the day with a 15-minute meditation. And anyone can take 15 minutes from their morning routine to meditate and tune into the frequency they desire for the remainder of the day. No excuses are sufficient to avoid such a practice of aligning the mind-body-spirit for a day rich with rewards, as planned.
